Invisibly Brilliant is a collective of allied health practitioners who are passionate about support people living with complex, invisible health conditions.
Through Telehealth services delivered across Australia, the Invisibly Brilliant team works with individuals experiencing chronic and often fluctuating conditions such as POTS, chronic pain, ME/CFS, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, Long COVID, hypermobility spectrum disorder and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
The team consists of:
– Jennifer Smallridge (Exercise Physiologist)
– Sarah Lynch (Physiotherapist, Yoga Teacher)
– Jade Brodie (Physiotherapist, Hand Therapist)
Together they bring expertise in chronic illness care coordination, safe exercise & movement support, pacing and fatigue management, chronic pain education, coaching and goal setting. Their work extends beyond traditional rehabilitation models, focusing on helping people understand their bodies, manage symptoms safely, and build sustainable ways of living with chronic illness.
