MINT Clinic offers in-person, telehealth and and telephone medical consults. Please indicate your choice of consult when making your appointment.

Medicare rebates are available on all in-person, telehealth and telephone consults. A telehealth link will be provided in your appointment confirmation email.

Patients registered with Medicare or Veteran Affairs will be bulk billed if you have attended MINT Clinic within the last 12 months.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

An admin fee of $50 will be charged for current patients requiring a repeat prescription or documentation not requiring a doctor consult. Please contact our admin team on 8689 3823.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

MINT Clinic communicates with patients via phone calls, emails and SMS. If you wish to speak with a doctor or allied health practitioner and they are unavailable at the time of contact, we will take a message and forward to your practitioner. If your practitioner is working on the day, they will respond during a break or at the end of their practice session. If they are not on site, they will respond when next in the clinic. If your practitioner is on leave, or the matter is urgent, you will be given the option of speaking to another doctor / therapist. If you contact us via email or SMS, your message will be forwarded to your practitioner, who will respond as soon as possible.
